On registration or App download, you might be asked for access to your phonebook contact details. This will help us to notify you about the properties posted by your acquaintance so that you can help them get tenants/buyers faster or also help you close a house in case you find that house suitable. Location Permission
We request access to your location data to enhance your experience by providing you with information about nearby properties. This allows us to show you properties that are in proximity to your current location, ensuring that the listings you view are relevant and convenient.
Phone Number Permission
Reeltor will be collecting and storing your phone number which will be used to send out communications regarding services and authentication.
Installed Application Data
Reeltor will be collecting installed applications (Fraud) data to secure rent payments by detecting and blocking hacking tools that can change dynamically, ensuring safe and fraud-free transactions.

Any User grievance relating to the discrepancies or misuse of information so provided to Reeltor may be addressed to the grievance officer, whose details are provided below appointed by Reeltor for this purpose.
